MSM (a network of physicians) has been a strong supporter of our program for many years.  Orthopaedic, family practice, internal medicine and pediatric physicians who are committed to sports medicine and athletes, bring advanced sports medicine training and skills to MSM.

Curriculum Overview

Under the supervision of a sports medicine fellowship trained orthopaedic surgeon, the fellows examine acute and chronic injuries and develop a plan for diagnostic testing and a treatment/rehabilitation plan.

MSM's role also involved didactic instructions provided one half day per week in conferences related to a variety of sports medicine topics.  Fellows attend these conferences and also present their own lectures to this a multidisciplinary group at this site. MSM presents an annual spring sports medicine conference.

Christopher Larson, MD: Sports medicine fellowship trained orthopaedic surgeon,

who has won teaching awards.  Dr. Larson is with “Twin Cities Orthopaedics,

P.A.” and is a team physician for college and high school.
